All pets must be current on their vaccinations. Please check the EXPIRATION date on your vaccination file

Dogs

We require proof of current Distemper/Parvo (DHLP), Rabies, and Kennel Cough

Cats

We require proof of current Feline Distemper, Rabies and Feline Leukemia (or a test that shows negative).

If your veterinarian will not administer some vaccinations due to the age or health of your pet, a signed letter from that veterinarian will be required.
