Our Rates are based on the weight of your dog.  Discounts on multiple pets in the same run and on long-term stays.  Rates may be $2.00 higher during peak times. Reserve several weeks in advance for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Additional Charges That You May Incur If your dog does not potty in its’ run, we will walk your pet in a grassy area 3 times a day for an additional charge of $8.00/day for the first dog and $4.00/day for the second dog.

Medications will be administered for 50 cents per day /dose.
Pet owners will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred including trips to the vet and actual veterinary charges as necessary.

Pets who soil themselves will not be returned to the owners in that condition.  We will bathe your pet at our published rate, usually around $22.00.

New Clients will receive a 15% discount on the daily boarding rate for 1st time customers.

Our Cancellation Policy:  If you must cancel your Christmas or Thanksgiving period reservation, your deposit will be forfeited. In addition, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your credit card will be charged for 50% of the value of your reservation.  For example, pets scheduled to arrive on Friday must cancel by the close of business on Tuesday.

Sanitary Clean Up.  Pets who soil themselves will not be returned to the owners in that condition.  We will bathe your pet at our published rate, usually around $22.00.

VACCINATIONS:  Dogs must be current on DHLP, Rabies and Kennel Cough ( every six months) vaccinations.  Cats require Distemper, Rabies and Feline Leukemia.

Health - All pets arriving must be in good health with vaccination records current. Prior to admission, all pets are examined for fleas and ticks. Any pet with signs of pest infestations will be bathed and dipped at the owners expense. Grooming or bathing is recommended for all pets at departing date. Any pet in the kennel in need of a bath will be "kennel bathed" at a nominal fee. Any pet requiring medical attention will be taken to the veterinarian. Charges will be at the owner's expense. Every effort will be taken to contact pet owner prior to treatment.

Bedding: Plush bedding is provided for your dog.  We ask that owners not bring their own bedding.  Owners may bring bedding that might be necessary for medical reasons, or for the comfort of older pets.  Bowls: We use stainless steel bowls that are washed and sanitized after each use.
 

What you should bring: 

VET INFORMATION: Please don't forget your shot records! This information needs to be updated once a year.
LEASH & COLLAR: Please make sure when you arrive at Four Seasons Pet Resort you bring your pet in on a leash. We take off all choke chains for boarding and return your leash when you drop off your pet.











TOYS: Bring a 2-3 of their toys or bones to chew on.

PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER: Every attempt will be made to provide the care necessary for your pet should an emergency occur. It is important that you leave a phone number where you can be reached or an emergency contact person so that communication between you and the veterinarian can take place in a timely manner. If there is an emergency, we contact your veterinarian first. If he or she is unavailable, we contact another veterinarian. Then we call you at the emergency number you provide. Please notify us about any pertinent medical history or problems with your pet.

IF SOMEONE ELSE DROPS OFF YOUR PET: If you have made arrangements for someone else to drop off your pet for boarding please let Four Seasons Pet Resorts know so we can set up the details of your pets stay with you over the phone.
